How much can I borrow?
Your borrowing capacity depends on things like your income, expenses, existing debts, dependants and the lender’s assessment criteria.
What first home buyer support is available?
There are government schemes and concessions that may help eligible first home buyers. I’ll help you understand which options may apply to you.
How much deposit do I need?
You may not need a 20% deposit. Depending on your circumstances, there may be options that allow you to buy sooner with a smaller deposit.
Should I get pre-approved?
A pre-approval can give you a clearer idea of your budget before you start making offers. I’ll also explain what a pre-approval does and doesn’t guarantee.
